Is this the same as the "Free Trial" on the GrooveVault page?+
Yes — it's the same free version of the app. GrooveVault Free is distributed through Gumroad, so you'll get email updates when new grooves are added. If you already use the trial, there's no need to reinstall.
What's the difference between the trial and the full version?+
Only the number of patterns — the trial includes 6 of the 111+. There are no feature limits (auto-remap included) and no time limit.
What do I need?+
Windows or macOS, plus a drum sampler you own. GrooveVault itself is not a sound source (in-app preview works without a DAW). Auto-remap is guaranteed for BFD3 / AD2 / SD3; other samplers work via standard GM-compliant export plus manual mapping.
