02 / THE PERSON

INWARD RHYTHM

Rhythm turns inward. Structure begins to sound.

From one room in Tokyo.

Seven years with the post-hardcore band Fall of Tears, then the launch of the solo project Takefuji Drums.

From the first album chronorhythm, built outward from the drums, to performing with other artists — PLEIADES, Cissné, a picture of her — to songwriting and building drum products: the work all turns on rhythm.
